After completing his BSc (Hons) in Computer Science at Sussex University, Andrew held various IT, Finance and Project Management roles at Unilever PLC. In 2008 Andrew left Unilever to study Wine at Plumpton College, completing the FdSc in Wine Production and the WSET Diploma.

After graduating from Plumpton College, Andrew worked as a Wine Analyst at Corkwise, before joining the WineSkills team at Plumpton College. Andrew is the WineSkills.co.uk Project Co-ordinator responsible for development of the project’s on-line resources and undertakes this role on a 3 day a week basis. When not involved in WineSkills Andrew lectures in Wine Analysis and Statistics at Plumpton College, and works alongside Alistair Nesbitt on a European wide project on viticultural adaptation to climate change.

Andrew lives in Brighton with his partner and two teenage sons.
